At the present time, we only ship to the Continental U.S. and Canada.
The shipping methods you may chose are dependant on your shipping location.
Standard Ground, using FedEx, is our most commonly used method for the 48 Contiguous U.S. States.
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification.
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.

Current offered choices are First Overnight, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, Second Day, Express Saver, Ground.
OVERSIZED SHIPPING
Heavy/Oversize Shipment - Items weighing over 70 lbs. or exceeding shipping dimensions (printers, copiers, plotters) must be shipped by a Freight carrier (trucking company).
In most cases, the shipping price you see on the "shipping" tab found on the product full description page is correct.
Delivery prices in the NY Metro area may be less; customers in this area are advised to call for Local Delivery rates.
In rare instances, error in product data (weight, size) can lead to an incorrect shipping price being displayed. If the actual shipping cost is lower, we will adjust it down.
If the actual shipping cost is higher, we will notify you and only ship the order upon your approval.
