Credit Card orders are subject to approval and are screened for accuracy and fraud prior to processing. We are can only accept one credit card for a payment, no split payments.
Executive Color Systems accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Payments. 3rd Party Payments (PayPal and Amazon) orders process immediately, where credit card orders require a short verification period.
For credit card payments, Executive Color ships only to the billing address on file.
If you require delivery to an alternate address, we suggest you opt for an alternate payment method such as PayPal or Amazon Payments.
This alternate address must be on file at the time you place the order, and must be selected in the checkout process.
Payment Processing
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Executive Color stores your credit card data.
It is encrypted through the Authorize.Net. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by Authorize.et, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Authorize.Net requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Turnaround Time
Orders are processed in our system 7 days per week. However, shipping carriers only run on Monday through Friday. All in stock orders with validated payments will process immediately.
